Service Description
The SOS Line is a private 60-minute call for the moments you need someone NOW. You woke up & the faucets are all on, and you haven´t had your coffee yet. Your child didn't eat because the plate was wrong. It took 2 hours to get out the door. Bedtime was a war. You ate cereal on the kitchen floor after everyone fell asleep. You don't need advice, you need to vent, you need someone who understands without judgment. You need 60 minutes with someone who already knows what this life is and won't judge a single word you say. That's this call! The BCBA changed the plan. The OT moved the schedule. Insurance denied the hours. The pharmacy is out of your child ´s meds. And somewhere between all of it you realized you haven't showered in three days and you don't care anymore. I am here to listen, help you think, validate with no judgment This isn't therapy! This is someone in your corner. Right now. Available for parents AND neurodivergent adults who need someone in their corner."
Cancellation Policy
POLICY Investment: paid in full at time of booking. Session : in-person service available based on the service You choose & (phone and or video). Availability for During the week. Booked through the wix Booking calendar based on available week day hours Availability for Weekend : Saturdays and Sundays only. Booked through the Wix Bookings calendar based on my available weekend hours. Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule with 48 hours notice at no charge for in-person Services and 24 hours for Phone and or video services. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Follow-Up: A check-in text within 24 hours after the session. Refunds: Non-refundable once the session has taken place. Confidentiality: Everything you share is completely confidential. I will never share your information without your written permission. Scope: I am not a therapist, attorney, or medical provider. I provide informed support and guidance. When your needs require a licensed professional I will connect you with the right one. Emergencies: This is not an emergency line.
